Eric and Natasha Steele are first-generation farmers who have been married for five years, bringing their shared passion for animal welfare and regenerative farming to life through their venture, Cow Creek Chicken. Hailing from Southern Oregon, Eric met Natasha over a decade ago in Portland, where they quickly bonded over their commitment to clean, wholesome food. Their journey began with the purchase of a health food store, which tragically ended when a drunk driver crashed into the building. However, their dreams persisted, leading them to launch Cow Creek Chicken in the spring of 2023. With a focus on producing the happiest and healthiest chickens possible, Eric and Natasha are excited to serve their Southern Oregon community, hoping to nourish it with quality food while upholding their values of sustainability and animal welfare.
